The Crown Chakra is the seventh and final energy center located at the top of your head. The energy here is what connects you to higher power and everything that is. Think of it as your bridge from this consciousness to the higher one of all that is. This practiced is designed to align and strengthen your crown energy so you can receive the benefits of heightened awareness, deep self-understanding, and pure bliss.
