This yoga practice is dedicated to activating and expanding the energy of the Heart Chakra. The poses and movements in this practice are designed to push the heart forward, so there are many back bends, arm movements. and balance poses. Furthermore, some of the movements are starting to get tougher in this practice, so modifications are offered so you can do what is best for your practice. This also creates a physical goal to learn to advance to the more difficult options as you expand, grow, and gain comfort.
