This week one yoga practice focuses on your Root Chakra. The stretches, poses, and flows involved are centered around your lower body and hips. Physically, elongating your hip muscles is great for improving your balance, stability, mobility, and fixing lower back pain. Spiritually, this practice will connect you with the earth, so we highly recommend performing this routine outside in the grass, sand, or other desired natural medium.
