Hey everyone Coach Derek here. I wanted to share with you one of my go to recipes, a baked salmon dish. it is ready in about 25 minutes and you can just chill while it bakes.
Ingredients:
Any amount of salmon filet
one lemon
salt/pepper
thyme
rosemary
Vegetable of your choice ( I usually use asparagus or Brussel sprouts)
Carb of your choice 9 (I usually use brown rice, 1 cup)
Prep:
Set the oven to 400 degrees
Prep the salmon by splashing lemon on it then adding the herbs and spices to your liking
Place 2 lemon slices on top of the salmon
Bake for 20 minutes
Serve on a bead of brown rice and your vegetable on the side
