In this workout, there are two groupings of three exercises. This includes two exercises with equipment, and one bodyweight exercise,
Perform 4 sets of the three exercises, resting as little as possible during the round. After each set is complete, rest for two minutes before the next set begins. When all four sets are complete, move on to the next trio of exercises.
After both Trios are done burn out with one set of pushups from your knees, for as many reps as possible.

- Dumbbell Chest Press:12 Reps
- Close Grip Lat Pulldowns: 12 Reps
-Wide Push Ups: 20 Reps
Grouping 2:
-Barbell bent Rows: 12 Reps
-Dumbbell Incline Chest Press: 12 Reps
-T-Stabs: 20 Reps
