Divine Energy
Divine Energy is a seven-week program focused on chakra and energy balancing through the practices of yoga and meditation. Each week focuses on a different chakra and will help you remove energy blockages, produce self-awareness, and promote physical, spiritual, and personal growth. Divine Energy will also help you to learn the practices of yoga and meditation so you can feel confident participating in these practices on your own or in any other setting.
Divine Energy also has physical benefits including fixing injuries and injury prevention, increasing strength and endurance, improved balance, and increasing core strength.
The meditation and yoga practices are contained on this platform, and you will also receive weekly journal prompts, self-affirmations, and information on the chakra of focus each week directly to your email.
